RETURN POLICY

Please note the item must be returned in its original packaging with the security seal/cellophane unbroken & must be within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover postage costs of returning an unwanted item(s) at this time. We recommend using a tracked service to return your item.

Once the item has arrived safely back at our warehouse, the item will be inspected by our customer care team & you will be notified that your refund has been issued.

Refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

Everything possible is done to ensure the safe arrival of your item(s) but very occasionally items may become damaged or faulty in transit.
If you have received a damaged/faulty item(s) then firstly, we apologise for the inconvenience caused but fear not, we will resolve this quickly.
Simply you must contact us in 24 hours of receiving the item(s) and attach an image of the damaged/faulty item & packaging.
One of our customer service team will be in touch within 48 hours with a pre-paid shipping label.
